1. The petitioner being the teacher-in-charge is aggrieved that his candidature to be appointed as the Headmaster of the School has not been duly considered by the concerned respondent authorities.

2. Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel for the School Service Commission are appearing respectively.

3. However, the Court finds that due to afflux of time and change of governing Rules and Regulations in the meantime, the present matter has become infructuous.

4. For the reason as stated above, the writ petition being WPA No. 5131 of 2007 is disposed of being infructuous.
