Mr. Neguire Ahmed Ms. Trina Mitra .....For the State The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Khardah Police Station Case No.769 of 2018 dated 30.09.2018 and the charge-sheet filed therein. Ms. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and submitted that the main thrust of contention of the petitioner is that the present case is a second F.I.R. which is not acceptable, according to the materials available in the Case Diary. Learned advocate submits that the subject-matter relating to the offence in respect of Khardah Police Station Case No.769 of 2018 dated 30.09.2018 and Khardah Police Station Case No.413 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 are distinct and different. Consequently the prayer which was advanced by the petitioner is not acceptable to this Court. Accordingly, C.R.R. 837 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
