The proceedings were initiated in respect of the alleged offences under Section 365/302 of the Indian Penal Code vide Jalangi Police Station Case No. 947 of 2011 dated 13.11.2011.

Earlier on 17th August, 2021 a report was called for by this court. The report reflects that charge has been framed on 10th September, 2015 and the trial of the case is progressing and the next date is fixed on 9th September, 2021 for evidence.

Let the report as submitted by the Officer-inCharge, Jalangi P.S., Murshidaba PD through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Having regard to the stage of the case, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court at this stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 925 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
