As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Dipanjan Datta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Mr. Datta is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Datta and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the

concerned authority.

As the police authorities have taken steps, they would ensure that there is no violation of any law and order as also take steps in case the situation is blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7507 of 2024 is disposed of.
