We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was last seen with the deceased. He had motive to commit the crime.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
