IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

Item No.9 CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION Ct.No.34 dc.

C.R.R. 934 of 2012 (Via Video Conference) Parijan Bibi versus The State of West Bengal & Anr.

In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan ... For the State.

This revisional application was preferred for quashing the FIR and the charge-sheet relating to Sitai Police Station Case No. 10 of 2008 dated 06.04.2008 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The grievance of the petitioner related to warrant of arrest, proclamation and attachment being issued against her and records reflect that on 19.04.2012, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to consider the same. The coordinate Bench assigned reasons and refused to interfere. Having regard to the nature of allegations which are reflected in the charge-sheet, I am of the view that no interference is called for on merits by this Court at this present stage. Accordingly, CRR 934 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
