In spite of several opportunities being given to the appellants to remove the defects, a report of the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section shows that the defects as pointed out in the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 25th March, 2014 have not yet been removed. Earlier a Coordinate Bench passed a peremptory direction on 9th November, 2021 for removal of the defects in terms of the direction dated 9th October, 2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 9th November, 2021. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
