By presenting this writ petition, petitioner has claimed release of arrear unpaid amount due to his superannuation from the post of Headmaster on 31st October, 2015.

However, during course of hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that issue was considered by a Coordinate Bench in connection with a writ petition being WPA 13663 of 2021 and an order was passed on 1st February, 2024 which is at pages 18 and 19 of the writ petition.

On perusal of order dated 1st February, 2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench, it appears that considering respective submissions

made on behalf of the parties relating to payment vis a vis non-payment of arrear dues it was recorded that grievance of the petitioner was found to be redressed.

In view of order passed by the Coordinate Bench on 1st February, 2024 in WPA 13663 of 2021, present writ petition is barred by res judicata and same is not maintainable.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent phosotostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
