This matter has been listed at the instance of the parties. Learned Advocate for the Cooperative Bank refers to the first paragraph at page 6 of the order dated 6.5.2024 whereby MAT 502 of 2024 was disposed of, and says that the dispute, if any, is to be filed by the appellant in terms of Section 103(2) of the 2006 Act before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and not Assistant Registrar.

We clarify the order dated 6.5.2024 to the aforesaid extent. The complaint, if any, shall be filed by the appellant before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies or any other competent Authority contemplated by the 2006 Act.
