Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh ..for the petitioner The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the order dated 31st March, 2026 needs correction. He submits that in the 4th line of the last paragraph of page 2 of the said order in place and stead of "Assistant Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Berhampore Sub-Division-II" it should be "Assistant Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Berhampore Sub-Division-III".

Let such order dated 31st March, 2026 be corrected accordingly.

Other portions of the order dated 31st March, 2026 shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 31st March, 2026.
