Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent thereto, a fresh application for injunction was filed with further materials, which is fixed for consideration on June 22, 2023. He submits that therefore present writ petition is infructuous.

In view of the contentions of the petitioner, W.P.L.R.T. 40 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.
