Since the revisional application was dismissed for default earlier by an order passed on 2nd December, 2024 and restored by an order dated 12th February, 2025, further restoration of the revisional application shall not be allowed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
