Petitioner is aggrieved that inspite of informing the 21.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.12 Rakib Inspector-in-Charge, Sankrail Police Station on or about 16.03.2025, no steps have been taken in respect of the accusations relating to hired goons attacking the petitioner and further threatening him of consequences of murder, as also for implicating the petitioner in false rape case.

To that effect State has filed a report before this Court which reflects that Sankrial police Station case no. 226/25 dated 19.03.2025 has been registered under Sections 318(4)/316(2) of the BNS, for allegedly accepting money from multiple individuals for selling flats which were already sold. The said case is already under the process of investigation.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps against the private respondent no.5, I am of the view that the investigation of the said case may be taken to its logical conclusion. Police authorities would however, keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no

breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incidents resulting because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7056 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
