Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred before this Court, FIR has already been registered by Contai Police Station.

Learned advocate for the State and the respondent nos. 5 and 7 is present.

In view of the subject matter of the writ petition having been subserved, petitioner at this stage is not interested to pursue with the other reliefs.

The investigating authority, as such is directed to effectively conduct the investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 7046 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
