By this writ petition petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the CIT (Appeals) (NFAC) for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal in question relating to 2017-2018 which was filed in 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 7506 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent NFAC authority concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question in accordance with law, within four months from the date of communication of this order. It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.
