This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit being Title Suit No.83 of 2020 pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that suit was adjourned on several occasions at the instance of the defendant and the petitioner is a man of 96 years.

No notice is required to be served upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice is dispensed with. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of the suit without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner is at liberty to intimate the order before the learned Trial Judge.

With the aforesaid observation, this revisional application stands disposed of.
