Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Since the Waqf Tribunal is in seisin of Suit No. 11 of 2025 and an order dated 27.03.2025 has been passed, the police authorities would ensure that on 1st April, 2025 the order of the Tribunal is not violated and/or flouted in any manner whatsoever. To that extent, the police authorities would also ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results if there is a difference of opinion amongst the participating members.

The petitioners would communicate this order enclosing the order dated 27.03.2025 passed in Suit No. 11 of 2025 to the Inspector-in-Charge, Amdanga Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 6775 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
