Petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the information furnished with the Baruipur Police Station was not acted upon.

Records of the case reflect that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. However, from the police report it reflects that police authorities have already registered a case being Baruipur PS Case No.

798/2025 dated 27.04.2025 against private respondent nos.

and under section 318(4)/316(2) of the BNS.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps so far as the other issues are concerned, police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace

and/or tranquility and/or any other untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6905 of 2025 is disposed of.
