Mr. Ramesh Dhara .....For the petitioner Mr. Sanjib Kumar Mal Mr. Bimalendu Das Ms. Shomrita Das .....For the respondents Petitioner is aggrieved against an order dated 12th February, 2025 passed by the respondent authorities imposing fine upon the petitioner.

Mr. Dhara, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the impugned order is an appelable order, so, necessary direction may be passed granting leave to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the instant writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order dated 12th February, 2025 within three weeks from date of passing of this order. If petitioner filed the appeal within the stipulated period, limitation, if any, for filing the appeal would be condoned under the provision of Section 12 of the Limitation Act.

The respondent authorities is further directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with the law after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner within 8 weeks from the date of filing of the memo of the appeal.

The writ petition (WPA 6779 of 2025) is disposed of.
