Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain vital documents and new evidence have come to light which has not been included in the writ petition.

The writ petitioner, therefore, wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty, however, reserved to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.
