It is submitted that the order of demolition passed by the Katwa Municipality has been challenged by the person responsible for making unauthorized construction before the competent forum, and that the said statutory appeal is pending disposal. 2.

In view of such submission, the contempt application cannot be proceeded with at this stage.

The contempt application is disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to take necessary steps in the matter after disposal of the statutory appeal.
