Mr. Bari, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client is satisfied with the report filed by the DPSC, Paschim Medinipur and concedes that the marks of the candidates mentioned in the writ petition are higher than the writ petitioner. In addition to, it appears that the subject matter of the instant writ petition is also the subject matter of WPA 14650 of 2010, which was dismissed by order dated 07.02.2020.

2. In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
