IN Re: CRAN 1 of 2024 1.

The applicant was granted bail by an order dated March 28, 2023, inter alia, on the condition that he shall meet the officer in charge of Dholahat Police Station once very week until further orders. The petitioner seeks relaxation of this condition of bail. 2.

The State files a report wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail. 3.

Hence, we are inclined to relax the condition but not to waive it altogether given the nature of charge. It will be sufficient for the petitioner to report to the officer in charge of Dholahat Police Station once every month instead of once every week until further order.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
