1. Report in the form of affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.7 is taken on record. Copy served.

2. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for setting aside/revocation of transfer order dated 20th March, 2025 issued by respondent no.5, Executive Officer, Rampurhat-II Panchayat Samiti.

3. Md. Sarwar Jahan, learned Advocate for the respondent No.7, the Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Sishu Siksha Mission submits that if the petitioner is willing to join Surfulla SSK, the representation of the petitioner may be considered by respondent no.7.

4. Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client is willing to join the aforesaid SSK.

5. In view of the above, the respondent No.7, the Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Sishu Siksha Mission is directed to take a decision in view of the submissions advanced before this Court, as aforesaid, regarding transfer of petitioner to Surfulla SSK within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon notice to the petitioner.

6. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent No.7, the Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Sishu Siksha Mission, for necessary compliance.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 6758 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

11. There shall be no order as to costs.

12. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

13. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
