1. This review application has been filed to review the judgment and order dated 10th February, 2025 in MAT1843 of 2024.

2. The appeal was dismissed affirming the order passed in the writ petition.

3. This review application has been filed on the ground that one of the prayers sought for in the writ petition to declare Rule 8 as ultra vires was not considered by the learned writ court and has not been dealt with by this court while delivering the judgment.

4. From the reading of the order passed by the learned Single Bench it appears that the point was not

canvassed and what was canvassed before the learned Single Bench was that Rule 8(1) of the said Rules is not applicable.

5. The correctness of the order was tested by this court and affirmed.

6. Therefore, we find that there is no error which is apparent on the face of the record for us to exercise the jurisdiction.

7. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed.
