Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Report is placed on record. Report discloses telephonic conversations between petitioner and the principal accused i.e. Abdul Basir as well as Nurjahan Bibi. He does not stand on the same footing with Isop Ali @ Yusof Ali and Sajahan with whom no telephonic exchanges with the principal accused were collected during investigation. Allegations involve murder and the offence attracts mandatory life imprisonment. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
