Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. I find that in the garb of this application for recalling of my order dated 2nd December, 2021, petitioner wants to get readjudicate the matter or to act this Court as an appellate authority over my order. If the petitioner is so aggrieved by my aforesaid order dated 2nd December, 2021 he may take appropriate steps in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum but since the matter has been disposed on merit after hearing the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The application being CAN No.1 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
