Petitioner is aggrieved by the noncompliance of the order dated 23.09.2024.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on 31.07.2025 appropriate application has been preferred before the learned ACJM, Jangipur for starting a specific case.

Having regard to the fact that so far as the compliance in respect of the directions of this Court is concerned, the police authorities having lately complied with the said, I am of the view that further directions are uncalled for.

As earlier directed, the petitioner and the respondents will take steps according to the order dated 23.09.2024.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

CPAN 506 of 2025 is hereby dropped.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
