The writ petition stood disposed of on 9th October, 2023. The same has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. It has been pointed out that no time limit has been fixed within which the direction of the Court is to be complied with by the respondents.

Be that it recorded that the order passed by the Court shall be complied with at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The order passed today shall be read along with the order dated 5th October, 2023.
