The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2012. It was taken up for hearing on 12th March, 2012. Even on that date the petitioner remained unrepresented. The instant writ petition relates to renewal of long term mining lease. For last 11 years the petitioner failed to take any step in support of his cause. Considering the conduct of the petitioner there is every reason to hold that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
