The impugned order No. 777-WT/TPT/2/2021 dated 1st March, 2023 issued by the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal is under challenge in the writ petition.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the said order has been partially modified by an order being No. 2085WT/TPT/2/2021 dated 2nd June, 2022 and as such nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A. 7099 of 2023 is disposed of.
