The petitioners assail a notice dated March 10, 2021 issued by the respondent no. 5.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the motion for removal of 'Upapradhan' of the gram panchayat is fixed on May 6, 2021 by the impugned notice. He submits that, the meeting ought to have been held within fifteen days.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 10 draws the attention of the Court to the pleadings of the writ petition at paragraphs 5 and 6 thereof. He submits that, the meeting was scheduled previously and could not be held due to lack of quorum.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, since the meeting is scheduled to be held on May 6, 2021

and since on previous occasions, the meeting could not be held due to lack of quorum, I find no reason to interfere. WPA 7850 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
