1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 123 days. It is further submitted petitioner was on bail earlier which was cancelled by this court. Subsequently, he was falsely implicated in a murder case. He is on bail in that case. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocates for the State as well as the de-facto complainant oppose the prayer for bail. They submit petitioner has criminal antecedents.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has criminal antecedents. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier. Subsequently he was charged with murder of a vital witness in the case. In view of the aforesaid incriminating facts and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The application for bail is thus rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
