Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the information which was furnished to the Inspector-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station on or about 19.12.2022, till date has not been acted upon.

On the other hand, State has submitted a report which reflects that pursuant to receipt of the information, Beniapukur Police Station Case No. 95 dated 26.03.2023 was registered for investigation. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6 submits that the nature of the prayers advanced before this Court is outside the purview and scope of the writ petition.

Be that as it may, as the police authorities acted upon the representation dated 19.12.2022, I am of the view that primary grievance of the

petitioner so far as the police authorities are concerned has been discharged. So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional statutory and/or judicial forum for ventilating such grievance. Further pendency of the writ petition, as such, is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 7100 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
