Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 28.03.2025 on certain conditions having been imposed.

So far as the earlier conditions are concerned, the same are waived and modified to the extent that the petitioner will once in a month appear before the learned Trial Court being the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track 4th Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas. The office of the said Court will give an acknowledgement in respect of the appearance of the petitioner. Such appearance would be irrespective of the fact whether any date has been fixed for the trial of the case or not.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
