The petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of application for interim maintenance in connection with M.R. Case No. 19 of 2024. I find that the said application was filed on 09.02.2024. In view of the statutory provisions under Section 125(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I direct that the learned Magistrate would follow the same and dispose of the application for interim maintenance within sixty days from the date of appearance of the opposite party. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1100 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
