The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2020 is for releasing of the petitioner from custody in connection with AC Case No. 6199 of 2015 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, now pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 parganas. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
