The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2020 is for releasing of the petitioner from custody in connection with Special Case No. 16 of 2018 corresponding to Jadavpur P.S. Case No. 173 dated 15.04.2017 under Sections 420/409/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of the Learned designated Judge under WBPIDFE Act, Alipore, South 24 parganas. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
