M/s. Ahome Consultants Private Limited & ors. Mr. Pranit Bag, Mr. Sumit Mishra ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of an application for temporary injunction in T.S. No.555 of 2021 of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, at Asansol, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

Mr. Bag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is fair enough to submit that the prayer for ad interim injunction has already been refused by the court below.

The only contention expressed by Mr. Bag is against the delay caused in the disposal of prayer for temporary injunction, for the adjournments being granted frequently, at the asking of opposite parties/defendants.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made, no prior notice is considered to be necessary. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, at Asansol, in T.S.555 of 2021, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of an application for temporary injunction referred hereinabove, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. This order is passed without going into the merits of the case and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below, to the opposite parties and their learned advocate appearing in the court below..

With this observation/directions, the revisional application stands disposed of.
