1. Petitioner renews the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by the Coordinate Bench on April 4, 2024 passed in CRM (A) 1141 of 2024.

3. Petitioner before us is the principal accused. Petitioner sent obscene pictures of the victim to her husband and blackmailed her. Apparently, there was an affair between the petitioner and the victim. As a consequence, victim committed suicide.

Dying declaration implicates the petitioner.

4. Grant of anticipatory bail to other co-accused can hardly be construed to be any material change in circumstances so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. Therefore, the plea that co-accused was enlarged on anticipatory bail is of no consequence so far as the petitioner is concerned.

6. There being no material change in circumstances so far as the

petitioner is concerned subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated April 4, 2024, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1042 of 2025 is dismissed.
