Learned counsels for the petitioner and the hospital have agreed and consented to as follows:- 2.

The patient, Tuhina Ghosh, may be temporarily released in a hospital vehicle, along with the petitioner, to the Indian Statistical Institute to sign any pension papers of her late father.

The petitioner undertakes before this Court to pay all dues of the hospital and obtain release and take good care of his sister.

4.

Let the aforesaid be carried out by the parties within a period of ten days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
