This is an application filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding being case no. C.R Case no. 388 of 2011 (Dipti Pal vs. Sukanta Samanta and anr.) corresponding to T.R. 51/2011 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipore under section 420 of the IPC, 1860 including the orders passed thereon.
However, no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for in spite of giving several opportunities.
In view of the aforesaid facts it seems the petitioner has no more interest to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 932 of 2018 is dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
