Versus

Munjela Bibi The revisional application has been preferred challenging the judgment and order dated 22.01.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum in connection with Misc. Case No.318 of 2018.

Records reflect that the learned Judicial Magistrate on appreciation of the evidence in the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was pleased to award maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month to be paid by the husband (petitioner herein).

Considering the quantum which has been awarded by the learned Magistrate which is less than Rs.100/- per day, I am of the opinion that the same do not call for any interference. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 849 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
