Record of this revisional application reflects that the subject matter of challenge related to New Town Police Station Case No. 269 of 2017 wherein the chargesheet was submitted on 30th June, 2017. The present revisional application was filed in the year 2022. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was enclosed along with the revisional application nor the order-sheets are present referring the stage of the case. Having considered the manner in which the revisional application has been filed and the materials so available before this court for consideration, I am of the view that the stage at which the petitioner approached this court without the documents relied upon by the prosecution makes the same incomplete for appropriate consideration. Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass his points at the appropriate stage of the trial. .

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1233 of 2022 is disposed of.
