Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for.

This is an application filed under sections 397/401 read with section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of the chargesheet being no. 346/2017 dated 31.03.2017 under sections 448/325/506/ 427/ 354B/ 34 of the IPC, 1860 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Basirhat.

However, no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for in spite of giving several opportunities.

In view of the aforesaid facts it seems the petitioner has no more interest to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 936 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below immediately for information. Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
