Having considered that the case has reached at the final stage of arguments, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this belated stage. Petitioner would be at liberty to take up all his points at the time of arguments which are at the final stage. Accordingly, CRM (DB)1107 of 2025 is dismissed.
