Records of this application reflects that for a period of three months the petitioner was allowed to be on bail in connection with CRAN 1857 of 2020. The main application being CRM 3563 of 2020 was directed to be listed in the month of July, 2020 before the regular Bench. Lastly, the application was heard on 15.05.2020. The subject matter relates to the petitioner being convicted under the provisions of Section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Having regard to the time period, which has expired in the month of July, 2020, I am of the opinion that the whole of the application for bail has become infructuous.

In view of the observations made, CRM 3563 of 2020 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
