Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that, the trial is now at the stage of arguments. This is the third application for grant of bail. Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection and considering the fact that the trial is on the stage of arguments, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 2808 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
