Jana ... for the State Report filed by the learned Counsel for the State is placed on record.

It appears from the report that Birth Certificate of the petitioner is fake. It was procured on the basis of fabricated documents.

Under such circumstances and in view of nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
