Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that no overt act was attributed to any of the petitioners. Two other co-accused were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the postmortem report of the victim and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1732 of 2022 is rejected.
